RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If your items arrive damaged:
If possible, reclaim to the carrier upon receiving the package and contact us immediately.
EMS-deliveries are insured and if that is the case, we will send you a replacement or repair the item, and take care of the insurace claim. Usually, the post office requires proof, so please take pictures of both packaging and the damaged items and e-mail them to me.
If you have chosen an uninsured shipping option, and the materials were not clearly inadequately packaged, you will get a refund according to Postal Services' standard terms, which is always lower that actual value. This applies even for uninsured lost shipments.
DELIVERY TIME
Most of the Godly Play materials are made to order, only a very limited stock is available. They are hand made, and sometimes that takes time. Dispatching time is generally around 2-8 weeks, depending on the type and quantity of ordered materials.
Delivery time varies from your location:
Europe - 3 to 7 days
North America - 7 - 20 days
Asia & Australia - 10 - 24 days
Africa - 14 - 30 days
The shipping cost vary depending on package weight. For orders with numerous materials there will be estimated shipping cost in shoping cart.
Correct shipping cost cannot be calculated until your order is packed and ready for mail. Unless you are ordering just 1-4 items, the actual shipping cost can be lower or higher than estimated, because we always try to package economically and always charge you for the actual shipping cost.
We will correct your order before shipping or if it is already paid and issue a refund voucher or make an extra charge for the difference.
